Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LazyPosts.ai, a product of Archieboy Holdings, LLC ("LazyPosts," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LazyPosts is an AI-managed social media service that drafts, schedules, and publishes posts to the social media accounts you connect — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon — on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand information you provide us.
• You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of each social platform you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LazyPosts to post content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights (including copyright and trademark).
• Hateful, harassing, or promoting violence.
• Sexually explicit or exploitative of minors.
• Spam, misleading, or artificially coordinated (e.g., astroturfing).
• In violation of a connected platform's community guidelines or developer terms.

In addition, LazyPosts does not accept brands in the following prohibited business categories — because our content is generated and distributed automatically, and the social platforms' own policies are a floor for what our platform can carry:

• Prescription-only or compounded medications sold or arranged direct-to-consumer outside a certified pharmacy — including GLP-1 medications (e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide); peptides, SARMs, "research chemicals," or investigational/unapproved drugs marketed for human use (a "for research purposes only" disclaimer does not change this); and anabolic steroids or HGH.
• Recreational drugs and drug paraphernalia; tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping products.
• Products claiming to cure or treat serious disease, or other unproven "miracle" health claims.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
• Counterfeit or replica goods, fake documents or reviews, hacking or surveillance services, and other deceptive schemes.
• Pornography and sexual services.
• Predatory financial offers, guaranteed-return schemes, and pyramid/multi-level-marketing recruitment.

Restricted categories — licensed pharmacies and telehealth, weight-loss products and programs, dietary supplements, CBD/hemp, alcohol, real-money gambling, financial services, healthcare services and medical devices, political advocacy, and dating services — are accepted only case-by-case after human review, and where a platform requires certification (for example LegitScript), proof of it.

We screen brands automatically when they are created and re-screen them periodically. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, pause publishing for any brand pending review, and refuse to publish specific posts at our discretion. If we terminate an otherwise good-standing account solely under the category rules above, we will refund the unused portion of prepaid fees.

4. AI-generated content

Posts drafted by LazyPosts are generated by AI based on the brand information you provide. You are the publisher of any post we publish on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI-generated content. Enabling autopilot means you accept that posts may be published without individual review, and you remain responsible for their content.

5. Connected social accounts

• By connecting a social account, you authorize LazyPosts to publish content on that account within the scope granted by each platform's API.
• You may disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard.
• You warrant that you have authority to post on any account you connect.

6. Payment and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no prorated refunds.
• Free trials do not require a credit card; your account transitions to a paid plan only if you explicitly subscribe before the trial ends.
• When paid access ends, automation pauses and queued content plus stored social credentials are removed. Brand settings and sent-post history remain until you request deletion.

7. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to content you provide and to posts we generate for you.
• You grant LazyPosts a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
• All software, design, and brand elements of LazyPosts are owned by Archieboy Holdings, LLC.

8. Disclaimers

LazyPosts is provided "as is." We do not guarantee engagement, reach, follower growth, or any specific business outcome. Social platform APIs change; we make best efforts to adapt but are not responsible for downstream platform changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LazyPosts against claims arising from content you publish through the service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
