This Privacy Policy describes how LazyPosts.ai, a product of
Archieboy Holdings, LLC ("LazyPosts," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares
information when you use our AI-managed social media service at
lazyposts.ai.
LazyPosts's parent organization, Archieboy Holdings, also publishes a
portfolio-wide privacy policy
covering shared topics (GDPR, CCPA, business address, cookies). That policy
applies to LazyPosts in addition to the LazyPosts-specific disclosures below;
where the two conflict, this LazyPosts policy controls.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email, password (stored as a hash).
- Brand profile: the website URL, brand voice, target audience,
topics, and any do-not-post instructions you provide.
- Payment information: billing details for your LazyPosts
subscription. Card data is collected and stored by our payment processor
(Stripe); LazyPosts never sees raw card numbers.
- Content edits: any edits you make to posts we draft on your behalf.
1.2 Information from connected social accounts
When you link a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, etc.)
to LazyPosts, we receive and store the following via the platform's official API:
- Authentication tokens (access + refresh tokens) so we can post on your behalf.
- Account identifiers (account ID, handle, page ID) so we post to the correct destination.
- Profile metadata (display name, profile picture, follower count) for display in your LazyPosts dashboard.
- Engagement data on posts we publish (likes, comments, reach, impressions) so our AI can learn what works for your audience.
We do not read private messages, access content you did not post through LazyPosts,
follow or unfollow accounts on your behalf, or use your data to train third-party AI models.
1.3 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address,
browser/device type. Used for product improvement and security.
- Cookies: a session cookie for login, plus optional analytics
cookies you may refuse.
2. How we use information
- To operate LazyPosts: draft, schedule, and publish social media posts on your behalf.
- To generate AI content (captions, images) using language and image models.
- To send you account emails, digests, and occasional product announcements.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
- With social platforms: we post content to the accounts you
connect, via each platform's official API.
- With AI providers: we send brand descriptions and engagement data
(never your auth tokens) to Anthropic and OpenRouter to generate content. These
providers are bound by contract not to train on your data.
- With Stripe: for payment processing.
- With service providers: hosting (AWS), email delivery, error monitoring.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and up to 24 months
after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Auth tokens are deleted within
30 days of account closure or when you disconnect a social account.
5. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access, correct, or download your data — from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Delete your data — see our data deletion page.
- Disconnect a social account — from
/connections in your dashboard.
Disconnection immediately revokes our posting ability and deletes stored tokens.
- Export your posts and engagement history in CSV or JSON.
- Opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in every message.
6. Children
LazyPosts is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. International users
LazyPosts is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside
the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here
with an updated "Last updated" date.
